END OF PLAY. (Pek Ps.ces Association.) AUCKLAND, April 5. The New Zealand Draughts Championship was concluded to-night, and was won by W. Penman, of Huntloy, with Boreham second and Calderwood third. W. H. Smith took first prize in the handicaps with F. A. Plillikcr second. The points secured in tho championship were : — Points. W. Penman (Huntley) 17 J. A. Boreham (Dunedin) ... 16g D.
