In the Adelaide district tho local option vote gave a- large majority for reduction. The fate of the Ministry hangs on the Northern territory elections. If they arc divided Labour will have a majority of two. The Ministry wore unable to count on the loyalty of several country organisations, with the result that seats were lost by splitting votes.
