FINLAND AND RUSSIA.

Acting under St. Petersburg instructions, the police searched the residences and offices of two hundred officials of the Army Commissariat Department and contractors in Poland, including 130 at Warsaw, and confiscated letters and books.
The Finnish railways will be administered by Russian officials after the 14th of April.
