MALCOLM'S LIQUIDATION SALE,

Malcolm's, Ltd.. the Square, announce a great eale of furniture at their premises, when the whole of their high-class stock of furniture and houso furnishings will be offered at loss than auction prices. The stock, which is nil now and of the highest, quality, must bo cleared in order that the liquidator may wind up the estate at the shortest possible notice. This

sale gives those about ro furnish a splendid opportunity of furnishing their homos at prices seldom heard of in Palmerston North. The sale will be continued for throe weeks, and no reasonable offer will be refused for any article during the currency of the sale.

AUCTION SALES. The Manawiiiu Auctioneering Co. are selling at their mart on Thursday at 1 p.m. a lot of furniture on account of Mrs Albeit, removed to the room for the convenience of sale. This is a useful lot, and is being fold without any reserve Full particulars appear in our advertising columns. There will also be about. 150 cases of assorted fruit, and on. account of various clients 1 gig, 1 dogcart, lot of house blocks, lot of rugs (just the thing for the Easter camps). Also one pen of prize Bu/r Orpington ducks.

Harry Palmer will sell at his mart to-morrow a consignment of fruit, including 200 cases of peaches, practically the last of this season's supply. The contents of a four-roomed cottage, including a good piano, will also be offered.

On Tuesday next Motmsey' and Co. sell Mrs F. Bell's household furniture and effects at. her residence, 122, Rangitikei street. The sale contains some very nice articles in furniture, and everything will be, sold to the best advantage. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., sell at the Empire Hall on Thursday, April 7, the unsold sections in the Clifton estate, a charming suburban property near Mr J. O. Batchclar's homestead.
