WOOL-BUYERS' PROTEST.

LONDON, March 12

Two hundred and fifty English wool buyers, 350 Continental buyers, and 30 * Americans have signed protests against the abolition of the wool draft. A meeting of buyers in London unanimously resolved that in the event of any attempt being made to catalogue or sell wools in London without the customary draft allowance the Committee of the Woolbuyers' Association will call upon the signatories to abstain from buying at public auction or by private treaty.
