THE GOAL STRIKE.
MAY END TO-DAY. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Peb Press Association.) SYDNEY, March 10. A report, which however requires official confirmation, has just been received from Newcastle stating that unless something unforeseen happensthe miners' strike will be declared oft' to-morrow. It is understood this is tho result of the negotiations which have been carried out by Judge Scholes, president of the Newcastle Wages Board.
