AMATEUR ATHLETICS.
(Per Press Association.) STRATFORD, Feb. 9. The Taranaki Centre of the New Zealand Athletic Union has decided that 24 athletes be disqualified for participation in. the running and field events at the recent "unregistered" meeting of the Wanganui Caledonian Society. The disqualification is for five years. That imposed on Griffin was removed as being a case of mistaken identity.
