AN ANTI-TRUST BILL.

(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.! WASHINGTON, Feb. 8. President Taft'e Federal Incorporation of Trusts Bill has been introduced. It enables corporations to secure a Federal charter if they like, and thus submit themselves to the strict supervision of the Bureau of Corporations. Though the Trusts are authorised under the Bill to acquire property, they are debarred from' acquiring the stock of other corporations. The administration believes that this would prevent stock manipulation of the Harriman typo, but permit of normal industrial centralisation.
