Lots 1 and 2 above mentioned have been sold under an agreement for Sale and Purchase dated the 24th day of September, 1908, at the price of £153 10s, of which sum the purchaser has paid £20 ,and the balance thereof, namely, the sum of £133 10s, is payable on the 18th day of August, 1910, and bears interest in the meantime at the rate of £6 per centum per annum. Lots 43, '45, and 47 above mentioned have also been sold under an Agreement for Sale and Purchase dated the 26th day of September, 1908, at the price of £150, of which sum the purchaser has paid the sum of £36 6s, and a further instalment of £8 14s is now payable, and the balance, namely, the sum of £105, is pay- - able on the 26th day of September, 1910, and bears interest at the rate of £6 per centum per annum.
