" The furniture comprises a very handsome bevelled mirror sideboard, polished rimu dining table, leather couch, colonial sofa, handsome padded spring couch, plushette settee, 2 handing lamps, overmantel, steel engravings, lino., carpet square, occasional and carved tables, fancy flower pots, easy chairs, rattan and dining chairs, chiffonier, hall stand, hand sewing machine, iron and b.r. bedsteads and bedding, very handsome antique duchess pair, colonial duchess pair, kitchen utensils, garden tools, fowls, horse, trap and harness.
