Received April 7, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, April 7. , The Government declined to grant a reward for the capture of sharks as asked by the New Zealand Company desirous of operating here, and as recommended by the local Fisheries oar ELBOURNEj April 7. ,The Employers' Federation has protested against the new telephone rates, and urge that the matter be deferred till Parliament has opportunity of investigating the balance sheet of the telephone system.
