Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races.—The winner of any Hat race- after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra.
