(Bs Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association ) LONDON, March 14: Reutcr's Paris correspondent reports that M. Caillaux's difficulties in arranging the Budget arc increasing owing to the stationary population and. the constantly augmented burdens of taxation. There is an actual deficit of two ana a-half millione sterling. The Estimates for the coming year foreshadow an extra nineteen millions of taxation.
