FIRST CAR AT JERUSALEM. (Bv Electric Telegraph—Conyright.) Per Press Association. LONDON, March 14. Tho first automobile- seen in Jerusalem arrived yesterday. It was owned and driven by Mr Charles Gliddon, of Boston, Massachusetts, who has now motored through thirty-seven countries and covered 43.166 miles out of 50,000 which he sot out to cover. It will be remembered that Mr Gliddon passed through New Zealand a couple of years ago in the course of his travels.
