SACRED BARK. The Californian Buckthorn is a small tree growing on the Pacific slope, and called Sacred Bark by the early Spanish settlers. It is now known commercially by the name of Cascara Sagrada, and forms one of several valuable ingredients in IMPEY'S MAY APPLE. Cascara, or Sacred Bark, is one of the best Cathartics known, is a first-class tonic, and has met with pronounced success in cases of Rheumatism, also in Skin, Stomach, and Liver Disorders. The value of IMPEY'S MAY APPLE in disease is shown by the fact that clients invariably experience relief from the very first dose, and a cure of a permanent character speedily follows; 8 to 10 drops after each meal will keep you "up to par" and in the best possible condition of health.
