Events Worth Noting.
The adjourned meeting of the Cricket Association will be.held in the Royal Hotel at 8 p.m to-morrow. The Bible Institute lectures on " Russia" continued to-night in the Fire Brigade Hall by W. Corrie Johnston. Suit lengths, trousers and suits to be sold by H. Palmer on Thursday. The Palmerston Rifles will not parade on Monday next, but members are notified that a Morris-tube competition for Mr Bert Pratt's trophy will take place at 7.30 p.m. Abraham & Williams' horse sale on Saturday. Train arrangements for the Palmerston Show are advertised to-day.
