The exceptionally, cold and wet weather we have been getting of l,ite has caused much complaint amongst stock owners. Mr R. A. Port was very unfortunate, losing about forty hoggets which were recently shorn. The roads are also in a bad state slips and washouts causing a lot of extra work. It is considered the wo-st weather for the month of October that has been known.
