MELBOURNE, July 29. At the weekly meeting- of the Executive of the Employers'' Federation a ictter was received from Mr Scott the secretary of the Otago 'Employers' Association, regarding tha industrial conditions, in Ne\v°Zeala_d. J t says there is no such a thin"- as finality of the awards. " The coming year promises to be one of unrest, anxiety, and friction between em' ployers and employed, and an upsetting, of „i o se . conditions tbat should, exist between master and servant. '
