LONDON.. Juiv 28.. • The Arabia carried 100,000 barrels o- Hour, consigned to a firm at Yokohama. This was not intended for Government use. ■When t_o Malacca was sciked "the Russian engineers replaced the British bearings. The new bearings became heated before reaching Suez, and the Russians were obliged to ask. the British engineers to put them right. The prize crew was very polite.
