LONDON, May 24. Victorian ex-Premier Irvine is a guest of Lord Carrington's at the latter's Welsh seat. In addressing a meeting at Eisteddfod, he assured his audience that desirable immigrants would be heartily welcomed in Australia and afforded a means to gain competencies, and, perhaps, wealth.
