All copy for replace advertisements must be handed into the office on the day prior to that on which insertion is desired. StandIng advertisements cannot be altered' on the day on which copy for such alteration is received^ Any advertisement inserted for a stated period and withdrawn before the date on which the contract would expire by effluxion of time must be paid for as -though it appeared for the full time. : No rebate whatever will be allowed ofl charges for advertisements withdrawn during the currency of a period. Advertisements may be altered three times each quarter without charge.- Arrangements, may, however, be made whereby advertisements may be altered more . frequently, in which case a small charge will be made to cover cost of composition, &c. Notices to withdraw advertisements must be in writing.
