IMPAIRED DIGESTION.
Digestion is a chemical as well as a mechanical process. If we \md no digestion there would be no Leed to eat. The food must be ir.-operly cooked, thoroughly mastietu'od, aud then there must be a full l'.ow of the gastric juices to make, the chemical conversion complete. The blood stream is fed by what is digested, and the-waste is discharged from the system. The liver plays en important part, for it is the province of this organ to both secrete and excrete, and if from any cause whatever it is sluggish in its action the system is thrown out of or dor. It is the peculiar function of Jmpey's May _ Apple to stimulate the liver, and it acts in a quiot natural v ay, working with and not against nature. It rids the system of '.onstipafAon, biliousness, indigestion, aud the ills arising from a sluggish livor. Impey's May Apple is, sold by :iJI chemists and , storekeepers at 2s fid per bottle.
