(Per Press Association; Auckland, Moy 28. The Supreme Court is occupied hearing eases arising out of the Kmgsland tram accident. Four cases set down— a claim by Miss Emily Davis for £1000, and by Alfred and Elizabeth Oaley for £3000-have been settled out of Court. The Court is now occupied hearing a claim by Victor Davi* Parker for £505 13s. Plaintiff is 23 years of age. This is not one of the Christmas casualty cases. Plaintiff was travelling on top of a car when a trolly pole fell, breaking plaintiffs leg in two places.
