AUCKLAND, May 20. ' At the Supreme Court, Henry Boreham came up for sentence convicted of cargo broaching on the Auckland wharf. The Probation Officer reported favourably, and his Honor released accused on two years' probation, saying that he did this chiefly because this broaching Lad been frequently committed before, and the present was the first charge made. •
