Received May 21, at 5.44 a.m. LONDON, May 20. _Private Japanese advices at Chafoo state that besides the losses cabled, two Japanese' warships were damaged "at Dalny on Sunday. The Russians insist that another warship was disabled.
Port Arthur advices .received in Paris state the Russian cruiser Bogatyr (6750 tons), which is on the rocksZat the entrance to Vladivostock, is, likely to become a total loss.
It is estimated that 652 seamen were drowned in tho double disaster oil Port Arthur.
The Hatsuse's drowned included three commanders, five second lieutenants, two surgeons, six midshipmen, and- ten non-commissioned officers ; and the Yoshino's the captain, one commander, three first and five second lieutenants, five midshipmen, and eight boatswains.
