Judgment for Defendant

In the case of McDonell and McDonald againßt John ft; McDonald, Mr Justice Cooper to-day gave judgment - for the defendant on all points,'finding that he had, paid more than the value _ i o'the plaintiffs for their shares in the '"": Horawhenuarun.and there wasnogronnc! for the suggestion that he had usecP, the estate's money for his own purposes- x or taken any advantage cf the plaintiffs, and he had treated the members of the family fairly throughout. As Mr Morison, defendant's counsel, intimated that the defendant would not asli for costs against his mother and sister, the judgment; went for defendant. No order wa3 made as to costs.
