Admiral Togo's Attack.

The Japanese Consul has received further information regarding Admiral Togo's attack on Port Arthur on the 10th. .

When the St. Reguschtchin was captured, the communication states, there was no one on board excepting those who 'had 'been- .killed, the survivors , 'having all jumped overboard.

The Japanese sailors made overy effort to rescue t.Tio struggling ami drowning enemy, .but shells from t'ho ports and the approach of the Novik prevented them from saving more than four. Of these two were wounded.

The prisoners were given- medical treatment and are recoveringl.
