The unfortunate man, George Evans who was injured in the ballast pit at Terrace End yesterday morning, died at the hospital at seven o'clock last night. An inquest on the remains of deceased was held at (he hospital this afternoon by Captain Mowlem, district coroner lhe following jury were empanelledX Jarrett (foreman), Eosanowski, P Carmody.L. Home, A. Mcintosh and J O. Iregurtha. ■The enquiry was conducted by the p; ; :ce. J Tin first witness called was H.
