Naval Parade.
(Per Press Association—Copyright) Received to-day at 7.37 a m •V.,.. NFjW YORK- Yesterday. While President Roosevelt was at Ban' Francisco he witnessed the naval paracc of the British and American, seamen. Admiral ReckJord conveyed to the President King Edward' x s'good wishes for America, and referred to the cordial relations at present existing between Great Britain and America.
