During last month there were 19 convictions recorded at tne SJVf d Court for. drunkenness and 2 prohibition orders were granted, en January 1902, there were 22 convictions recorded a decrease of three cases. Comparing the total police cases for the two months in each year there is an increase of only, 2 cases^
