Supreme Court.
(Per Press Association). WANGANUI, This Day. The Supreme Court concluded yesterday afternoon when the jury awarded petitioner £300 damages ln the divorce action Edmund Newland v. Newland and Kane. The decree nisi was granted. The parties were married 17 years ago and lived happily until 1901, when respondent and Kane, who were neighbors at Hunterville, left for Christchurch, where they are now living. Respondent had some monies left her two years ago.
