Tho Secretary (Mr Poglei) '810 move —That rule 19, Cbaaapion Cup rules, rood as follow-: - The umpires of all matches ot each class be appointed by the Umpires' Association, Tho following gentlemen have n plied accepting the positions of vice-preaWents, eneb donating the sum of £1 1b to tbo funds of tho association:—Messrs M. Cohen, J. P. Innes, J. M. Johnston, A. 3. Graham, and Dr Graham. Mr W. T. Wood has accepted the office ot patron, donating one guinea.
