(Per Press Association.) Mast.-8T0... Thursday. Definito information has been received that Mr J. O'd Hume will be able to act as Musical Judge at the Band Contest in February. This will probably,, induce tho attendance of a large number of b .nds which wero most anxious for his appointment, he being recognised as a first-class authority iv regard to brass baud music.
