Messrs Freeman I\. Jackson nnd Co. (tn conjunction with Abraham nnd Williams) report on their Johnsonvillo sale as follows-:—
The yarding of cattle was very mixed including prime quality, medium and second r.ite sorts. Prime quality sold freely, and we quote beef from 28s to :lO.s ; bestl-iiHod-.. £12 Gri Od to £1312s Od ; others, ill lo £12 10s, £<J 7s Od lo £10 10s ; light cows and heifer., £0 17s Od and £7 12s Gd. A small entry of gocd quality .sheep sold well, prime ewes, 17s lid ; others, Us to 15s 7d.
