On the motion for ths second reading of the Bank Holidays Bill, Ho-s. McLean and Lee-Smith urged that a greater number of holicayii be given. Hon.. Bigg and Jennings thought tbe number provided fer was sufficient, whilo Hon. C C. Bow-en was of opinion that if the S .ints' duvs were done away wiih and _dded to 111.
