John Oloshesy was charged with being dmnk in it public place. As he had been locked up-iinco Saturday he was convicted and discharged. He was also ctmlged with beitis? an idle ai.d disorderly person, and was convicted and ordered to leavo the town at oner. I was sarry to hear of the doath of Mr J. Biay, of Colytcn, which took placo at upon yesteiday. The deceased had boon ailing for n long time. Ho Kavta a widow and four children to mourn their loss. The Debating Society meet in the Council Chambers this evening. The public aro invited.
