MR JAMES BRYANT.
T\ c regret to record tho death of Mr James Bryant, senr., at the ripe age of 89 years, which occurred at Ohariu } alley yesterday. Mr Bryant was born w De,7 ni slT > V 1 1813' aud laud*d in JSew Zealand about GO years ago his eldest son being the,third white child born in this colony. Mrs O'Donnell, who has resided with her family in this fer c.ghteon yean, was a daughter of the lato Mr E. Standon. of \\ anfjanm, and a sister of Mr S. btanden, of Kelvin Grove, ana she was generally esteemed for her high character and loving disposition. The deoeased lady had been a great sufferer for many years and exhibited marvellous fortitude in her affliction. She leaves a husband and a family of four girls' find two boys ta mourn their sad loss,
