The Club Championship matches have now worked through to the Finals, which "will be played next Saturday, between ,N. -F/Perston and A. Strang. The game should be an interesting one, and if Strang holds to the good form he has shown lately, the present holder- of the title will hayeto play all he-knows to retain his position. Some good" matches, were played in the second round: G.Wilson beat H. G. Moore, N. F. Perston beat F. H. Cooke, E. S. Abraham beat L. A. Abraham, A. Strang beat J. 'E. McLennan.
