Wellington, July 30. The Conciliation Board has . now spent_ several days on the dispute in the painting trade, most of the time being taken up with the questions of who should and who shouldnot be made parties to the order of reference. To-day there were a number of livery '.passages-at-arniß between the members of the Board, the chairman, the employers' and the Union representatives, which culminated in the chairman threatening to naive one person ejected. Ths employer's charged •one section of the Board "with being partisan, and the latter responded that the employers were conspiring 'to spin put of the proceedings,
