SACRED CONCERT.

After the. service at St. Patrick's' Church last night a sacred concert was given m aid of fclie church organ fund There was a large attendance of music lovers, of sacred solos, and orchestral selections had been arranged and the finished and tasteful rendering of the items, combined with their high-class and inspiring nature, made a most impressive service. The following were the"items: —Mozart's Twelfth"Gloria," orchestra; solo with chorus, "My Saviour." Mr'V. Dallow; song, "Star of Bethleham," Mr J. Brown; cornet solo, " There is a green hill far away," Mr C. Pickering; "'Aye Marie," Miss Olliver; trio, " OSalutaris," Misses Olliver, Brophy and Scanlon; song, "O Divine Redeemer," Miss Rush; Eyrie Eleison (Mozart's Tenth), choir; song, "Ho wipes a, tear from every eye," Mr Dallow; clarionet eolo, '• The Holy City," Mr Brunette, quartette, "Aye Marie," Misses Olliver, Brophy. Scanlon; and Chandler; selection, "''Nazareth," choir. The orchestra, consisted of Mr C. Pickering (conductor), Kendall, Brophy (2), Tombs (2), D. Brunette, and Litchfield.
