DISQUALIFICATION APPEALS.
Wellington, July 17. The Appeal Committee of the Racing Conference concluded its consideration of theappeal brought by Dei-ret against the decision of the Otago J.C. in connection with the running of Vanilla. It was decided to dismiss the appeal and forfeit the £10 deposit.
"The consideration of Holmes' appeal for disqualification in connection with the running of Tukapa at Hawera is not finished. '
