SUPPRESSION OF DISLOYALTY.
London, June,lo. At a great meeting of the Mafeiing Branch of the South African League, a resolution'was passed recommending tie suspension of the Constitution and the suppression of the Afrikander Bond. Sir W. F.Hely-Hutchinson, Governor of Cape Colony, who has concluded a tour of six towns in the western district of Cape Colony, received an encouraging reception from the Dutch. The Capetown correspondent of the Times says the extremists of both parties would rather abolish free institutions than see their opponents in office, bufc I the situation is in no wise unpromising.
