Fire Brigades.
(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, February 19. The delegates to the Fire Brigades Annual Conference, to the number of sixty, arrived on Saturday night and received an enthusiastic welcome. Yesterday a church parade was held and in the afternoon the visitors were driven into the country. Tnis morning the Twenty-first Annual Conference was opened, Captain Smith, Rangiora, presiding.
