The Powers demand from the Greek Government a precise assurance that they will at once cause the disarmament of their forces. A CRISIS STILL IMPENDING. (rEUTER's TELEGRAMS:) ■•■■••■ Athens, April 8. In the absence of Ministers m charge of affairs, England, Geruiany, Austria, Italy, and Turkey have delivered a joint note from their respective Governments regarding the blockade of Greek ports by the combined filets now rendezvoused at Suda Bay awaiting orders before proceed iner further. The Official Journal publishes an article to-day disclaiming all hostile intentions on the part of Greece, and stating that the -movement of troops to tno northern frontier is merely a precautionary measure against a sudden attack.
