Juveaile Court of Foresters.

The anniversary of the above Court took place last evening m the lod'/e---room at the rear of the Forester's Hall, and was attended by about seventy persons including some thirty Juvenile Foresters. Tea was provided at halfpast six o'clock, the tables being loaded with eatables of every description. After those present had done ample justice to the good, things provided, the tables were cleared and the room got ready for the after meeting, which commenced about 8 o'clock. Master H. Palmer was m the chair. Mr J. J. Lee, President of the Juvenile Foresters, spoke of the rapid strides the Court was making, and mentioned that there were now some thirty lads- who were members. Mr Wood r oof e proposed a vote of thanks to the ladies, who had no kindly lent a helping hand at the tea that evening. During the evening songe, readings, recitations, etc., were given by members and others, which were duly appreciated by those present. The proceedings terminated about 10 o'clock by the singing of the National Anthem. The following is the programme : — Recitation ; " The Ship on Firo," Master W. Dixon.
