It is announced that the vacancy caused by the retirement of Mr Justice Molesworth has been filled by the appointment of Mr Webb to. the judicial bench. The case of Bell v. Clarke will have to be re-heard owing to the retirement of Judge Molesworth, before whom it was heard. The Manapoun arrived this morning from Bluff. Sydney, Thursday. A telegram of congratulation has been despatched to the Queen and Erince of Wales by the Governor, Lord -Carrington, and the -New South Wales Government on the occasion of the opening of the Indian arid Colonial Exhibition.
