NOTICE is * hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of SHAREHOLDERS in the above Company will be held in the Terminus Hotel, Picton, on MONDAY, the 29th day of'November, 1886, at 7 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, of passing one or more of the following resolutions lat. —That the Liquidator* be authorised, to make compromise* with credit rs of the Company and all person* making any claim or claims upon the Company, or upon the-Liquidators, on such terms as they may deem advisable. 2nd.—That the Liquidators be authorised to curaplete, vary, or annul any agreements which ujion, or immediately prior to, the fifth day of July, 1886,subsisted between the Company and any person or persons or body corporate, and to make new arrangement* and agreements with such person or poisons or body corporate either with or without joining anoth r person or other persons in such new agreement or agreements ; and such new agreement or agreement* may be by way of substi ution or temporary subs’itutiou or otherwise of the previously j subsisting agreement or agreements. 3rd.—That the Liquidators be authorised to enter into any agreement or agreements ■with any person or parson* or body corpora 1 e on such terms as they may deem advisable for the purpose of securing and obtaining any timber upon which the Company has or had any claim or claims, or has or had made any advance or advance*. 4th.—That the Liquidators be authorised to enter into any agreement or agreements wi ll any person or persons or body corporate for the right to cut or remove timber upon such terms as they may deem, advisable. sth.—That the Liquidators V authorised to enter into any contracts or agreements which the Compauy, under its Memorandum and Articles of Association, is or was capable of entering into. 6th.—That the Liquidators are hereby empowered to submit any matter or matters whioh is or are now, or may hereafter be, in dispute or difference between the Company or the Liquidators and any other per on or persons or body corporate to arbitration in such manner and upon such terms and conditions as thejr shall think fit.
