Hercules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, by an Order in Council made under the provision* .of “ The Bank Holidays Ant, 1873,” and “The Bank 'Holidays Amendment Act, 1878,” and bearing even date.-here-with, I hare declared that the tenth' day. of November next and the first day of .December next shall be bank holidays throughout the Colony of New Zealand, under anl for the purposes of the aald Acta.
