Tlie name of the Company is to he the Golden Point Gold-Mining Company (Limited). 2. The place of operations is at Queen Charlotte Sound, in the Provincial District of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand. 3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at Custom House Quay, Wellington. 4. The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand pounds, in ten thousand shares of one pound each. 5.
