And it is further ordered that a Meeting of Creditors of the said Morris Lyon Marks, be held at Nelson, on the Twenty-first day of July next, for the purpose of recommending of Trustees to the Coiirt, alid the mode of Winding up the said Estate. Alid in the mean time the business of the said Morris Lyon .Marks shall be carried on under the instructions of the said John Sharp, the Sequestrator, so apj ointed as aforesaid. And it is fuitler ordered that the said [etilionbe heard at Nelson, on the Twenty-third day tf November next • and that Protection of the Person and Estate of the said Morris Lyon Marks be granted, until the said Twenty-third day of November next, or until the further order of tills Honorable Court.
