Upon reading the Petition of t.id said didrris I von Marks filed in this court, and the several Affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing M Izard, of cothisel fsr the said peiitioner : It is ordered that the estate of the said Morris Lyon Marks be sequestrated in the hands of John Sharp, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court at Nelson (if lie consents to act as Sequestrator), until the hearing of the Petition, or until the further order or the Coilft herein. And it is further ordered that a Meeting of Creditors of the said Morris Lyon Marks, be held at Nelson, on the Twenty-first day of July next, for the purpose of recommending of Trustees to the Coiirt, alid the mode of Winding up the said Estate. Alid in the mean time the business of the said Morris Lyon .Marks shall be carried on under the instructions of the said John Sharp, the Sequestrator, so apj ointed as aforesaid. And it is fuitler ordered that the said [etilionbe heard at Nelson, on the Twenty-third day tf November next • and that Protection of the Person and Estate of the said Morris Lyon Marks be granted, until the said Twenty-third day of November next, or until the further order of tills Honorable Court.
